About us

Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB is a property company that is part of the Stockholm Stadshus AB group.

Our main task is to provide well-managed, safe, and accessible housing for the city's elderly, people with disabilities, and prioritized groups with a weak position in the housing market.

As of October 1, 2025, Micasa Fastigheter will take over the operations in-house for the western district. By taking over the operations in-house, we aim to create a more robust and flexible organization that can better meet future challenges while also being more present in the properties and achieving closer and more transparent contact with tenants.

We are now looking for an HVAC Technician who wants to help develop our new operations organization!

About the position

As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of technical systems and installations related to heating, cooling, and ventilation in our properties. Your tasks will include ongoing maintenance, repairs, as well as assembly and installation of HVAC systems and other relevant installations. You will have overall responsibility for daily operations and ensure effective HVAC maintenance for the customer. The role is part of our newly established unit for the western district and reports to our unit manager.

The planned start date for the position is September 1.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform planned rounds for supervision, maintenance, and repair preventive maintenance
• Contribute to the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement proposals
• Be responsible for daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Keep statistics and provide feedback both internally and externally
• Document actions in our IT system
• Daily communication with customers, operations, colleagues, and suppliers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education as an HVAC technician or equivalent education
• Completed apprenticeship as an HVAC technician
• Work experience as an HVAC technician
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
• Good computer skills

It is advantageous to have:

• Knowledge or familiarity with LOU
• Familiarity with municipal operations
• Training in
• Mobile work platforms
• Hot work
• Facility manager Fire and Sprinkler
• Fall protection training

As a person, you are self-driven, meticulous, and have an eye for detail. You enjoy working practically and in a structured manner and are used to taking responsibility for your tasks from start to finish. You have a good sense of service and a professional demeanor.
