We are looking for a technical documentation manager for an assignment in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The client is Stockholm's energy company. Around the clock, all year round, they ensure the growing Stockholm region's access to heating, cooling, electricity, and waste management services. Today, more than 800,000 Stockholm residents and over 400 hospitals, data centers, and other operations are connected to the district heating network, linked to their heat and power plants from Högdalen in the south to Brista in the north. With combined strength, they drive Stockholm forward with the potential to become the world's first climate-positive capital. The sub-project manager/documentation manager works at a strategic level and has overall responsibility for document coordination within the investment projects carried out at Stockholm Exergi.

The role involves leading/driving and defining requirements for sub-projects within technical facility documentation for PMO project operations. The documentation sub-project manager is the point of contact between the project and the management organization for all technical documentation issues in the project. Responsibilities

* Develop requirement lists, budgets, timelines, and resource plans for the project's technical documentation deliveries * Develop FFU for documentation deliveries * Participate in bid reviews * Clarify and write documentation plans and document lists * In consultation with the main project manager and sub-project managers, establish instructions for technical documentation in the project * In consultation with the main project manager and any sub-project managers, schedule documentation deliveries and develop budgets including budget follow-up regarding sub-project documentation. * Support technical sub-project managers involved in the project regarding documentation

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Technical university education Good knowledge of technical documentation and drawings, technical information systems Have participated in or carried out several similar assignments in the relevant field with high quality.

Meritorious

Several years of experience in project or sub-project management within technical facility documentation
