We are currently seeking a project manager for our client in Stockholm. The assignment has a varying workload but is estimated to be around 60% and is expected to start on 01-05-2025 and run until 30-04-2026.

About the assignment We are looking for one (1) project manager for our client's technical and administrative premises. The project primarily concerns premises that house complex operations with high installation density and/or special requirements for cooling, power supply, and security that exceed normal office levels. It may also involve projects where our client manages the property. The project encompasses the entire process from needs analysis to completed premises.

The assignments vary over time, and several projects may start during the contract period. The local projects do not concern the transmission network. No volume is guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• The project manager will be responsible for leading one or more local projects, sub-projects, or investigations with high installation density. The project manager should be able to lead and drive the work from needs analysis to completed premises and commissioning.
• The role requires an interest in and the ability to engage in dialogue with core operations, to conduct analyses and present recommendations for decisions in the management group, and to take an active role in discussions about technical choices for execution.
• The responsibilities also include overall leadership, coordination, and administration of the project's implementation so that the project's objectives and milestones are achieved according to the schedule and with good results.
• The role reports to the client of the assignment.

Other: Start: 01-05-2025 End: 30-04-2026 Scope: Varying workload, estimated 60% of a full-time position (There will be periods of 20% and other periods of 80%). About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering with 300 higher education credits or equivalent advanced training corresponding to a master's degree. This may include a bachelor's degree supplemented with advanced courses that together correspond to a master's degree.
• At least four (4) years of work experience in project management within the construction or real estate sector.
• At least one (1) year of work experience with premises/properties with more complex technical installations (data centers, backup power, control rooms, etc.).
• At least one (1) year of work experience with local projects of an administrative and technical nature. Local projects refer to adaptation or relocation of existing premises as well as new, to or renovation of premises.
• Experience working as a project manager within real estate/premises for at least one (1) public entity.

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• At least completed basic course in project model PPS.
• Experience working with at least one (1) real estate project involving classified security information.
• Experience in the establishment/renovation of at least one (1) control room.
• At least five (5) years of work experience with premises/properties with more complex technical installations (data centers, backup power, control rooms, etc.).
• At least five (5) years of work experience managing and following up budgets and timelines, being a presenter in steering groups or equivalent groups, and being able to articulate well in writing in decision-making documents.
• Responsible for conducting at least one (1) procurement according to LOU or LUF. As the responsible person, one should have participated and have a good understanding of the entire procurement process including the preparation of requirements, advertising, evaluation, and awarding as well as administration.
• Have been a project manager in a local project where sustainability requirements were placed in the form of certification of the building or interior design.
