We are looking for a SCADA systems engineer for an authority in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The assignment and work area

The authority's mission is to prepare and implement decisions regarding the direction and scope for a long-term sustainable public transport system. Additionally, they are responsible for the management and monitoring of traffic operations as well as maintaining the functionality, safety, and value of the infrastructure. Every day, more than 700,000 people use public transport, including subways, buses, commuter trains, and local trains. The Access Management and Monitoring section is responsible for providing conditions for safe and accessible traffic at all hours of the day, all year round.

The section's operational responsibilities are handled by the operations management group. The group ensures the operational management of the authority's traffic-related infrastructure. In the role of systems engineer, you will work with the management of the SCADA system SNOK (SL's Network and Order Control System). Your tasks will include database maintenance, testing of new facilities, troubleshooting during disruptions, and testing new features in the system.

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

At least 2 years of documented experience in integration work of electrical and high-voltage installations in SCADA systems. At least 2 years of documented experience in database maintenance related to SCADA systems. At least 2 years of documented experience in testing and troubleshooting functions and/or functionality in SCADA systems. At least 2 years of documented experience working with Network Manager.

Meritorious

Post-secondary education in electrical power. At least 2 years of documented experience working in politically governed organizations. Describe how the requirement is met in column D and refer to assignments in your CV for the proposal to be scored.
