The company Innova Scandinavia AB was founded in the summer of 2022 and is a construction contractor with project management as its main focus. Innova Scandinavia AB is growing, and we are now looking for a civil engineer in construction who wants to be part of our dedicated team. With several exciting projects starting in the autumn of 2025, we need to strengthen our team with an additional driven and competent colleague.

About the role

As a civil engineer with us, you will have a central role in our construction projects, from planning to execution. You will work closely with our current civil engineer and collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. We offer a dynamic work environment where you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and be part of a growing business.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, cost estimation, and technical analysis.
• Monitoring project progress and quality.
• Collaboration with external parties such as architects, authorities, and suppliers.
• Participate in and lead technical solutions for construction and civil engineering projects.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in civil engineering or equivalent in construction technology.
• Experience working with construction projects, preferably in various phases.
• Good knowledge of project planning, construction technology, and regulations.
• Good skills in AutoCAD.
• The ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner.
• Strong communication skills and enjoys a role with many contact points.
