We work throughout Greater Stockholm, and occasionally we also travel out on assignments in the country. We build houses for A-Hus, Västkuststugan, Borohus, Götenehus, and several real estate companies. The companies are part of a group of 10 companies where Cyntus AB is the parent company with 9 subsidiaries. TJF Entreprenad AB, TJF Måleri AB, Gröna Bygget i Sverige AB, Exterium Uterum & Entreprenad AB, TJF Ställningar AB, among others. The group has a turnover of over 200 million kronor today. We are rapidly growing and therefore need to expand with skilled and competent staff. You should have documented and several years of experience in construction, and be able to communicate with your colleagues. We are located in nice premises in Albyberg (Haninge), where we have offices and storage. You will report directly to the site manager/Project manager. We believe you have many years of experience in construction, preferably in house building and new production. You are loyal, punctual, and have a genuine interest in your work, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. There are great development opportunities in a rapidly growing company. A professional certificate is advantageous. You should be flexible and able to move between our various projects. You must have the right to work in Sweden. You will be part of a team of carpenters who perform most tasks in construction, we handle everything from start to finish in a house. We also build terraces, extensions, garages, bathrooms, etc. You will be both a fine and rough carpenter. You must be self-sufficient and have good experience in construction. You should be able to understand and read construction drawings. You should also be able to work out in the country if we get assignments.

It is highly meritorious if you have assembled prefabricated houses, new production.

A personal letter and CV are mandatory for us to process your application. We also want to know where you live geographically in the city, age, and gender. If not all parts of your application are included, it will not be processed. It should also be stated in your application that you have at least a B driver's license. For the right person, there are good development opportunities.

We apply 10 paid days of probation and then a 6-month probationary employment. Selection will take place continuously.
