We are now seeking a Lead Installer/Project Manager in energy solutions to take our installation department to the next level. Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the installation of heat pumps in both private and commercial environments.
• Ensure that installations meet the highest quality standards and fulfill customer requirements.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Train and coach other installers, contribute to their development, and create a positive work culture.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as an installer in heat pumps or similar technology.
• Is self-driven, responsible, and has good leadership skills.
• Has a passion for sustainable energy solutions and wants to influence the industry.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a B driver's license.
