Are you an engineer with experience in technical project management within Life Science and ready for the next step in your career?

We are a dedicated team helping our clients develop the future life science products and processes. We primarily work on projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical engineering facilities, media systems, and equipment. As a technical project manager with us, you will be responsible for projects in various phases, such as feasibility studies, design, and implementation. Sometimes you will also have budget responsibility. The projects vary in size and technical character. This may involve leading projects where we build new production facilities, implement production relocations, or work on optimizations of existing processes. The projects also include coordination and management of specifications, procurement of components and equipment, commissioning, as well as testing and validation. Work is performed at the client site and/or at one of AFRY's offices. It can, of course, be expanded with other interesting areas.

We are looking for more employees in Stockholm/Solna, Södertälje, and Uppsala, so please indicate in your application which location you prefer to work at. Regular commuting in the Mälardalen region may occur.

Qualifications

We place great importance on your personal qualities, and we believe you are a person with great initiative and collaboration skills. With your excellent communication skills and enthusiasm, you help the team achieve good results. It is also natural for you to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner. It is in your nature to be social, flexible, and you have the ability to quickly understand new projects and clients' needs.

We also believe you can check off the following competencies/experiences:

• At least 3 years of work experience in Life Science and experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
• An engineering or natural science degree
• Ability to express yourself fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable experiences:

• If you have any type of project management certification, it is a plus.
• Driver's license B
