Project Manager

As a project manager with us, you will be part of our Project Team responsible for driving our projects from order to invoicing. The role involves daily contact with our customers, salespeople, and service technicians through physical visits, phone, web, and email.

Your task is to manage assigned projects (which involve product delivery including assembly) in accordance with our project process. This process includes everything from purchasing, delivery planning, coordination with service technicians to invoicing and financial follow-up. The ambition with each project is to exceed set goals through effective planning and monitoring of additions.

To complement our team, we need you with previous experience in project management and a genuine interest in technology. You are used to working independently, are a good administrator, and have a strong service mindset and customer focus. Since the role has a large network of contacts, it is important that you are a good communicator.

Your tasks

• Be responsible for and drive assigned projects
• Coordination with the service organization regarding planned assemblies
• Manage purchasing and delivery follow-ups
• Handle supplier and freight invoices

Formal requirements

• Documented experience in project management
• Very good technical understanding
• Experience in purchasing work
• Good experience working in qualified administrative systems
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and CRM systems
• Knowledge/experience in business law
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Experience with Salesforce and Jeeves is a plus
• Familiarity with our product range is a plus

The position is located in Segeltorp in southern Stockholm with the possibility of working remotely up to two days a week. If you have worked in a similar position and are familiar with our product portfolio, another location may be considered. Travel may occur.
