The Rescue Team at aleja is now looking for new recruits.

Our patrol's function is to step in when we need urgent help at the customer's site – for example, during illnesses of our own or the customer's staff, unforeseen work peaks, or other urgent assignments.

It is important that you can allocate at least two full weekdays per week, meaning no weekends or gaps in your schedule – all to ensure we can offer you job opportunities.

We prefer that you, as a student applying for this position, are enrolled in long-term studies and have at least one year left of your studies.

About us

aleja ab is a staffing company primarily operating in Stockholm. We offer 24/7 on-call service to our clients, which means we have assignments at all hours of the day.

We staff in a variety of industries – including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, sanitation and waste management, as well as other heavy work without the need for extensive prior knowledge or training.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for eager, curious, and quick-learning guys and girls with a desire to work and deliver results.

Completed military service training is highly meritorious as the work is physically and mentally demanding.

The work is measured individually, and you should be driven by the desire to pick up more and compete against both yourself and internally within the group. You who apply see the job's setup as a fun challenge rather than a stressful moment.

We are looking for someone who is an early riser, flexible, and not afraid to try new things or meet new people. With us, there is also the opportunity to try different types of jobs, including in warehousing, sanitation, assembly, heavy work, and demolition.

To be employed as extra staff with us, you must be a student and able to present a valid student certificate, or support yourself through another primary occupation, such as another part-time job.

Your tasks

Right now, we have a client who needs help with pipe replacements in Stocksund.

Working as a helper on a construction site means you are a carpenter's right hand, where you help fetch and carry tools, machines, and materials, but also work alongside qualified personnel on the site where simpler tasks can be delegated to you.
