Project Planner for Förbifart Stockholm

Förbifart Stockholm is one of the longest tunnels for road traffic in the world. Eltel is a partner to Yunex Traffic, and together we have been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to install telecommunication, control, and monitoring systems for the new stretch of E4, Förbifart Stockholm. About the Role

We are now looking for a Project Planner to join the team working on the scheduling for the Förbifart Stockholm project at Eltel. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the four main schedules: design, material delivery, installation, and testing. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the working groups involved in detailed planning. You will ensure that communication and reporting within the various areas are clear and conveyed to all relevant parties.

Your responsibilities will include leading regular meetings, gathering information, and following up on the planning work for all disciplines. If necessary, it will be your responsibility to revise and communicate adjustments to the schedule within the organization. We use the planning tool Asta Power Project, where you will create schedules and ensure that project planning meets contractual requirements.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, review, and report on the four main schedules: design, material delivery, installation, and testing, summarizing these into a complete production schedule for the entire project.
• Create and maintain schedules in the planning tool Asta Power Project.
• Establish and lead working groups for detailed planning and reporting.
• Ensure that reporting is developed and adapted to the needs of the project and project management.
• Establish and lead regular meetings, both within individual verticals and in joint forums, to provide an accurate overview of the project's status.
• Structure and quality assure the collection of data regarding the project's status.
• Follow up and revise schedules as needed, ensuring that changes are communicated within the organization and documented correctly.
• Develop and explain the project's planning concept according to contractual requirements and applicable SOP Planning for the relevant parties within the project.

Qualifications:

• You have extensive experience in scheduling within installation or from larger complex construction projects involving installation.
• Experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Understanding of the entire process and project cycle in total and functional contracts – Design – Procurement – Material Delivery – Production Preparation – Installation – Testing.
• Experience with planning tools such as Asta Power Project, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Fluent in Swedish and English as both languages are used daily.
• Driver's license B.
• Employment is subject to a successful background check, including financial disputes.
• A merit is that you have experience with telecommunication, control, and monitoring systems.
• As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. You are solution-oriented and organized, with the ability to see the big picture while managing details when needed.

Additional Information

• The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement.
