As a site manager, you will plan, lead, and follow up on our subcontractors in the daily production within assigned areas of responsibility. You are also responsible for ensuring that the work environment and quality are adhered to. You will continuously monitor and follow up on production results regarding costs, timelines, and logistics. As a site manager at Rover Grupo, you are also responsible for ensuring compliance, consensus, and unity in your workgroup regarding Rover Grupo's visions and goals.

We are now looking for someone with at least three years of experience in construction production in a leading position. You have experience in water and sewage and road construction and have worked on projects where the Swedish Transport Administration has been the client. If you have an engineering degree, that is an advantage, but we also welcome applicants from the skilled worker level with several years of experience in a leadership role. Furthermore, we would like you to have a structured working method, good collaboration skills, and clear communication. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
