We are looking for a data coordinator for an assignment in Stockholm. This is a consultancy assignment.

The assignment is part-time, with a scope of 50 percent.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The assignment and work area

The client is looking for a data coordinator who will work with all regional airports in the country. The data coordinator will: Establish structure in, incorporate drawings and documentation in the Property Portal. The consultant will support contractors and consultants regarding formalities related to the client's documentation requirements to be incorporated into the Property Portal. The consultant will also perform minor revisions of CAD drawings within the technical areas of electricity, telecommunications, HVAC, and control. Together with the Property Information department, ensure that formalities are met.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Completed tasks with very high quality, typically achieved after at least 7 years of work within the relevant discipline/role. Knowledge and experience of the Property Portal or equivalent. CAD skills in the technical areas of Electricity, Telecommunications, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Control (provide at least 2 references from previous assignments). The consultant must have experience and access to software for MagiCAD (Electricity, Ventilation, Control).
