We are looking for a project manager for a consulting assignment at an industry organization where we also have an economic consultant hired. The assignment is full-time and starts in April or as soon as possible, lasting for at least 12 months. The assignment involves project managing vocational competitions, which includes being responsible for organizing these for students and professionals.

Responsibilities:

Project management of vocational competitions focusing on the construction industry: Plan, organize, and execute vocational competitions for various professional roles within the construction sector.

The responsibilities include:

• Planning and organizing prior to the competitions, which involves contact with sponsors, judges, and other stakeholders
• Budget management
• Resource allocation
• Scheduling

We are looking for someone who has:

• Industry knowledge: Preferably a background in the construction industry and its professional roles. A background as a vocational teacher in the construction sector or experience as a professional worker is an advantage.
• Project management experience: Previous experience leading projects and organizing competitions is highly desirable.
• Educational experience: Experience mentoring and supporting young professionals, preferably from a role as a vocational teacher or coach.
