We at Ekenhuset are looking for a structured and service-oriented administrative project manager who wants to help ensure smooth and efficient floor renovation projects. In this role, you will have a central position where you coordinate work, have daily contact with customers, and support our project managers and floor layers. We are located in premises in Järfälla, but the jobs are carried out throughout Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities

• Planning and coordination: Schedule planned work and arrange our floor layers.
• Customer contact: Receive, coordinate, and ensure that customer inquiries are answered quickly and professionally.
• Project support: Assist project managers by:
  • Following up to ensure reports, checklists, and time registrations are submitted.
  • Preparing and sending quotes to customers.
  • Ordering materials for upcoming jobs.
• Availability and service: Be the contact person during phone hours and ensure that work flows smoothly.

We are looking for someone who has

• Good organizational and communication skills – you are structured, clear, and enjoy a coordinating role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems effectively – you prioritize correctly and keep the planning together even when circumstances change.
• Good digital competence – you have experience working in digital systems for planning, time reporting, and administration. Experience with business systems or project tools is a plus.
• Independence and initiative – you see what needs to be done and act proactively.
• Leadership qualities and teamwork skills – you enjoy coordinating and supporting the team to ensure that work flows smoothly.
• Driver's license (B).
• Experience in managing work within the construction or craft sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of floor renovation processes and materials is a plus.
