About the Position

In the role of Technician Manager, you will lead 10 technicians in their daily work. You are responsible for ensuring that your employees succeed in their roles as OVK and ventilation technicians through coaching, and in your leadership, you also have the responsibility to ensure the department's results and well-being, regarding budget, results, follow-up, and personnel responsibility. As Technician Manager, you primarily have the operational responsibility for the technicians in the department. The position also includes a smaller part of your own work with OVK inspections.

In this role, you will have a central function in ensuring and developing the company's work within property services. We would like you to have leadership experience, as you will be responsible for leading and coordinating work in the area and supporting the team in their daily tasks. Your responsibility will be to ensure high quality and efficiency in the operations while contributing to improving and optimizing our processes.

Qualifications

Work Experience

Requirements: 3+ years of experience working with ventilation and OVK

Requirements: Previous experience working as a team leader or similar role

Requirements: OVK certificate with K-authorization

Languages

Requirements: Swedish

Meritorious: English

Driver's License
