Levanda Personal Assistance is a small and personal assistance company that cares deeply for our employees. We are looking for engaged and positive staff who are passionate about working with people.
A 7-year-old girl with multiple disabilities is looking for warm, playful, and resilient personal assistants who want to join her on new adventures.
The girl requires assistance around the clock (awake) and needs help with most things such as diaper changes, meal situations (manual tube feeding), supervision due to epilepsy and vomiting issues, etc.
Currently, the need is for evenings (Monday - Friday), some weekends, and as needed at night, with a permanent position of about 80%. Since the girl needs to be picked up and dropped off by the assistant at preschool, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license.
The tasks are typical duties within personal assistance:
- Assistance with meal situations
- Accompaniment
- Personal hygiene
- Fun and play
- Joining in on activities
You should be smoke-free!
We are looking for a cheerful and humorous person with a twinkle in their eye. Previous experience in personal assistance or other care professions is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right personality and attitude to work well with the clients. You should be attentive, flexible, and responsible as a person.
