Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• Wants to work with a woman in her 50s living in Alingsås
• Is smoke-free
• Has good knowledge of Swedish
• Has experience working evenings and nights

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have experience in similar work
• Have a B driver's license

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is a temporary position lasting until March 2026. The employment rate is approximately 70%. The shifts are during the evening and night. There may also be 24-hour shifts. Working hours are between 15:00-06:00, 15:00-15:00, and 15:00-22:00. There is on-call duty at 6.75/h at night, and you work every other weekend.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with the collective agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
