We are looking for nursing students who want a part-time job for 6 months with the opportunity to work full-time during the summer period. The assignment is within LSS for assistance and support, and you will gain unique knowledge in the field of illness as well as learn about several medical technical aids.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts with a teenage boy outside the Alingsås urban area with extensive care needs. The work involves providing care and support, staying one step ahead, while being attentive and able to perceive subtle nuances in the user's communication.

In the role, it is important to be able to interpret information from medical technical aids and manage various medical interventions in a safe and correct manner. You will also provide support in various forms of care and ensure that the user's needs are met.

The work is always performed in a team with another colleague.

QUALIFICATIONS

As it is a complex assignment, a requirement for the position is that you have ongoing nursing education, and an interest in emergency care is a great plus.

As a person, you are self-assured and have the ability to adapt to the user's needs and the different situations that may arise.

You understand the importance of being able to collaborate with people and work according to our values of openness, engagement, and respect.

You have the ability to take your own initiatives and make decisions based on the situation with the user in focus.

OTHER

For those interested, there is an opportunity for at least 25% employment during the period before and after the summer. During the summer, there is an opportunity for full-time work.
