JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The mission of the resource personnel is to cover vacancies within the entire area of functional variations, and you will be booked as needed in our various units, thereby contributing your knowledge to many different units.

As a personal assistant, you will work within our assistance cases.

As a resource employee, you will work from a rolling basic schedule (day/evening/weekend), which means that working hours can be adjusted during the schedule period and are flexible based on staffing needs.

We apply Appendix D to the collective agreement General Terms (AB).

You will be a valuable resource who will work together with many colleagues across the entire area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education from the nursing program and experience working with people with functional variations.

The position requires flexibility and the ability to collaborate, and you should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A class B driver's license is a requirement.
