Job Description
Do you want to help create life-changing differences for vulnerable people? Then the job as a treatment assistant at SiS is a meaningful challenge. The goal of your assignment is to motivate our youth to adopt new and less risky ways of living. As a treatment assistant, you ensure that the routines in the department function as they should. You play a significant role in providing stability and security for our youth and clients, and you are responsible for the foundation of daily life, such as schooling, cleaning, cooking, and more. Together with your team of dedicated colleagues, such as treatment pedagogues and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied.
Our vision is to be a place for change, which permeates our approach, our commitment, and our attitude.
Working hours are according to a schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
