Caseworker/Coordinator Adult for Social Services

Do you want to help shape the future of social services? We are now looking for a dedicated and development-oriented caseworker/coordinator for adults in social services.

With us, you will have an exciting role in an organization undergoing a transformation in line with the new social services act, where we are moving from separate tracks for caseworkers and treatment providers to a more integrated and collaborative approach.

Job Responsibilities

As a caseworker/coordinator, you will work with both authority exercise and treatment interventions for adults. You will be responsible for investigating, planning, and following up on interventions as well as coordinating efforts based on IFO to streamline and meet the individual's needs at the center.

The work requires you to have a good ability to create relationships and build trust, while also being able to make decisions in complex situations. You will play a key role in supporting and guiding individuals on their path to independence.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an appropriate higher education, such as a degree in social work or another education deemed suitable by the employer.
• Has personal maturity, good judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner.
• Has experience collaborating with other authorities and actors, and is proactive, structured, and able to see the individual from a holistic perspective.
