At Lärarpoolen, we specialize in recruitment and staffing of substitutes for educational institutions, and we are now looking for individuals who are trained preschool teachers.

We are seeking you who are a trained preschool teacher as we often receive requests from our clients. The assignments will primarily take place in Haninge and Huddinge, but there may also be opportunities to work within Stockholm city.

As a substitute with us, you will have a flexible and enjoyable job where you will meet many new people.

The number of work shifts may vary depending on the schools' needs, with fewer shifts during holiday weeks, for example. This is a perfect position to combine with running your own business, another job at 50%, or studies.

Qualifications:

• You should have a desire to work in schools and with children/youth.
• A valid and approved extract from the criminal record register
• Over 18 years old
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• We are looking for someone who is flexible, curious, and adaptable

Working with us

We offer a flexible workplace where we at Lärarpoolen are always available for you as a substitute. You will be offered shifts on short notice, often the same morning. With us, you work securely with both insurance and collective agreements.

As a substitute, you are expected to be available for work at least 2 days a week, but you choose which days and times you are available for work. You can easily manage this via our app where you can mark yourself as unavailable and report your hours.
