We are a well-established care company and have been active in personal assistance since 2005-2025, which means 20 years this year.

We are now looking for staff for one of our male clients. We offer work this summer and also the chance for a regular schedule if everything feels right.

Your tasks will include assisting with healthcare interventions, care tasks, and participating in activities indoors and/or outdoors. We can only offer work to individuals with a driver's license as our client has their own car that will be used in the job.

The work will start with you shadowing the regular staff until both you and our client feel that everything fits.

The most important thing is that our client feels safe with the person who will work, and that you as staff feel that it feels right. For this reason, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Varied working hours are scheduled for: day/evening, night, and weekend shifts.

You need to have

• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience in care and support work

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with high social competence who is used to taking on a lot of responsibility. You should easily create good relationships and be comfortable working both individually and in a team, and not afraid to take your own initiatives. Flexibility is highly valued.
