Personal Assistants Wanted in Stenungsund and Tjörn Area

Do you want a job where no day is the same? Where you truly make a difference and get to participate in everything from daily chores to concerts and road trips? We are currently looking for personal assistants for hourly positions, summer jobs, and roles at 30–70%, with flexible working hours.

What does the job entail?

Being a personal assistant is far from a typical job. You become an important part of someone’s daily life – on their terms. This can involve taking care of all the small and big things in everyday life, helping with planning, or participating in activities. Some need support with physical tasks, others with structure and routines. Many require assistance with personal hygiene and household management.

Here, personal chemistry is everything – you choose each other. We care more about who you are as a person than what titles you have on your CV.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and self-assured. Experience and education are a plus, but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a desire to make a difference.

For these positions, you need to have a driver’s license since you will be driving the assistant recipient’s car. You must also speak and understand Swedish very well, as you will be interpreting for the assistant recipient to their surroundings.

The cooperative has roots in the Independent Living movement, which is based on the principle that those with disabilities know best how they want to live their lives. Typically, the assistant recipient is the closest supervisor of the assistants, or a person with in-depth knowledge of the assistant recipient is appointed.
