We are looking for a responsible and flexible personal assistant for our client in Mölndal who wants to work during the summer. The position is a temporary role from June to August, where you will work extra with an employment rate between 75–100%. After the summer, there is an opportunity to continue as a part-time employee if needed. Are you ready for a fun job where you make a difference in everyday life?

Our client is a young man who needs help and support in his daily life to live an independent and meaningful life. He requires assistance with various activities at home and outside, and your role as a personal assistant will be to provide him with the support he needs to handle the challenges of everyday life. You will assist him with tasks such as transfers, personal care, tube feeding, operating his wheelchair, and more. He has assistance around the clock, but not during school hours.

We are looking for an independent, calm, and stable person who enjoys engaging in various activities. A general interest in music and a love for singing is a strong plus. We prefer that you have previous experience in personal assistance and are familiar with various aids such as lifts and walking aids. You also need to be a competent swimmer and feel comfortable in water as he loves to swim. It is essential that you master Swedish very well in both spoken and written form to interpret and translate his signals to others in his surroundings. Due to allergies in the home, it is a requirement that you are smoke- and snuff-free.

The position is a summer temporary role with an employment rate between 75-100%. Before starting, we offer introductory sessions so you can assess if the role suits you and if the personal chemistry feels good from both sides. The work follows a rolling schedule and includes days, evenings, and awake nights both during weekdays and weekends. After the summer, there is an opportunity to continue working extra if everything feels good.
