Ängbyskolan is a F-6 school with approximately 350 students, located in the picturesque Knivsta, right next to Upplandsleden. Our unique proximity to forests and nature provides fantastic opportunities for outdoor education and movement in everyday life, which we see as an important part of students' learning and well-being.

At Ängbyskolan, we work with cooperative learning, where collaboration, participation, and shared responsibility permeate the teaching. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher for grades 4-6 at Ängbyskolan, you have a central role in students' development and learning. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in accordance with the curriculum, focusing on creating an inspiring and inclusive learning environment. At our school, we work with cooperative learning, where collaboration and shared responsibility promote students' knowledge development and social skills.

Your daily work includes adapting teaching based on students' different needs, following up on their development, and providing clear feedback. You create a safe and structured environment where students feel motivated and dare to challenge themselves. You also actively work with value-based issues and students' social development, in collaboration with colleagues, guardians, and the student health team.

As part of our dedicated team, you participate in pedagogical discussions, development work, and joint planning. You collaborate closely with other teachers to strengthen students' overall learning and create a coherent thread throughout their schooling.

We are looking for a positive and engaged educator who is passionate about creating a rewarding and stimulating school day for our students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching certification

Eligibility to teach grades 4-6.

Subject qualifications:

Qualified in Swedish, SVA, Mathematics, SO, English.
