JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach French for grades 6-9 and another subject based on your qualifications. As a teacher with us, you will stimulate students to learn and take responsibility. With engagement and enthusiasm, you will create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and cooperation, through good leadership both inside and outside the classroom.

Together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching based on governing documents. Your responsibilities include assessing and documenting students' knowledge development in our digital system. The curriculum's chapters 1 and 2 should be clearly visible in your teaching. Your responsibilities also include contact with guardians and relevant authorities.

You have positive and high expectations for the students and adapt the teaching according to all students' levels, focusing on the best interests of the student.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: certified teacher with qualifications to teach French combined with another subject, grades 6-9.

Experience from previous work in schools is an advantage. We place great importance on collaboration skills, pedagogical leadership, and personal maturity. You have good leadership in the classroom that conveys a clear structure, safety, clear expectations, and relationship-building. Your fundamental view is characterized by seeing opportunities and having a positive and inclusive approach. You are independent and confident in your competence and take responsibility, seeing collaboration as an important part of succeeding in the task. You are familiar with the governing documents and how they and the systematic quality work support and develop teaching and results.
