About the role

In this role, you will plan and implement induction programs for new employees in welding, assembly, and industrial painting. You will develop and update training materials to ensure they meet the company's and industry's standards. Practical and theoretical training, including safety regulations and quality control, is an important part of your work.

Furthermore, you will follow up and evaluate the progress of new employees and adjust the training programs as needed. A central part of the role is also the further education of existing staff to ensure continuous skills development.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in welding, assembly, and industrial painting, as well as knowledge of various methods in these areas. Previous experience in training or mentoring others is a requirement for the position, and it is an advantage if you have that experience within the industry. You should have good communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative. A pedagogical education or certification is a plus.

The position is 100% permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
