Enöglaskolan is a multicultural F-9 school with approximately 550 students. In 2026, we will move into the newly built Lillsidanskolan, a modern and purpose-built school that will give us even better opportunities to meet the needs of our students and create stimulating learning environments. The school is led by a principal and two assistant principals together with team leaders from four working teams, F-3, 4-6, 7-9, and after-school care. The school also has a complete student health team with several functions that work closely with the teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach the subject of German, preferably in combination with another subject for grades 6-9. You will work closely with your colleagues in the team (grade level) and share a common responsibility for the students' entire day. In all subjects, we work based on a language-developing approach as we are a school with many languages.

Together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching based on the governing documents. Your responsibilities include assessing and documenting students' knowledge development in our digital system. The curriculum's chapters 1 and 2 should be clearly visible in your teaching. Your responsibilities also include contact with guardians and relevant authorities.

Working thematically and co-assessing with your colleagues is natural for you.

Documentation of students' knowledge development takes place in InfoMentor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed teacher with qualifications to teach the subject of German, preferably in combination with another subject for grades 6-9.

It is evident in your work that you focus on goals and that your work is based on analysis of results. You work well in a team but can also take your own initiative for activities. You have a deep understanding of how people absorb knowledge based on different conditions and can adapt your working methods accordingly. How does this benefit the student? This is the question you ask yourself in all the work you do. You are persistent and very determined. You continue until projects are completed or goals are achieved. You dare to deviate from tradition in change work and believe that some problems we will solve along the way. In addition to qualifications, great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
