JOB DESCRIPTION

The position as a leisure teacher at Porsöskolan involves working in the classroom during school hours and at the leisure center in the morning and afternoon. As a leisure teacher, you are responsible for conducting leisure activities, which means planning, developing, and following up on the activities, both individually and together with your work team. The goal of the leisure activities is to create an environment that promotes safety, social awareness, and independence. Students should be offered meaningful leisure activities that support their development and encourage them to take their own initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching license with qualifications for leisure centers. Previous experience in leisure activities or schools is desirable and meritorious, as well as being familiar with the leisure center's curriculum.

As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You place great importance on quality and enjoy collaborating and building good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. Providing good service comes naturally to you, and it is something you always strive for.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

If you are shortlisted for the position, you will need to present a valid extract from the criminal record register.
