Job Responsibilities

As an employee in the Placement Pool, you will primarily substitute for longer periods in our preschools, but short-term substitute needs may also occur. Working in the Placement Pool gives you the opportunity to try out different assignments in all of the municipality's preschools. The common work is based on a positive attitude and the ability to see the individual student as well as the needs of the group. The Staffing Unit is responsible for your placement, and you will be assigned to a location where needs exist. A great opportunity to familiarize yourself with our operations.

Qualifications

To be employed as a preschool teacher in the Placement Pool, you must be a licensed preschool teacher or studying to become one. You need to be familiar with the school's governing documents and have good pedagogical skills as well as an interest in working in the various activities of the preschool. As an employee with us, you need to appreciate working flexibly and be curious about trying different assignments in preschool.

Employment

For permanent employment at 100%, a semester employment requires a degree certificate and license.

For those of you studying to become preschool teachers and graduating in 2025, we can offer you a temporary employment according to the Education Act.

For employment, a criminal record extract must be presented.
