SJR is now recruiting a Credit Controller with experience in factoring for a consulting assignment at a leading company in Kungens Kurva, starting immediately for an initial period of 6 months.

About the position

As a Credit Controller, you will be in daily contact with the company's customers and handle factoring cases. You will work with risk management and credit assessment, as well as independently approve invoices for financing. You will follow up and monitor accounts receivable and ensure that payments are accurate. In this role, you will also provide advisory support to customers regarding various factoring solutions, and you will collaborate closely with different departments internally.

Main responsibilities

Credit assessment: Quickly evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial information, payment history, and risk factors.
Credit limits: Establish and manage credit limits for customers in accordance with the company's risk tolerance and credit policy.
Factoring: Administer and follow up on factoring agreements, ensure correct transfer of invoices, and manage the relationship with the factoring company.
Collections: Proactively contact customers with overdue payments to ensure prompt resolution and minimize credit losses. Negotiate and establish repayment plans as needed.
Dispute resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes quickly and effectively. Collaborate with internal departments to handle disputed invoices and customer inquiries.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable, factoring transactions, aging analysis, and other relevant financial metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience as a Credit Controller, Credit Officer, or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of credit and collections processes and experience with factoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O/Automaster DMS is a plus.
