You will be part of a competent and engaged team within the Logistics Business Area. You will report to the Head of Business Development Logistics and be based at PostNord's beautiful headquarters, Arken, in Solna.

What You Will Do

PostNord is now looking for a driven and experienced employee to lead and execute assignments in business development, change management, organizational development, and transformation. In this important role, you will have the opportunity to influence PostNord's future direction by identifying improvement potential, creating strategies, and implementing long-term changes.

You will work with:

• Business Development and Change Management: Lead and execute business development and transformation projects, from analysis to implementation. You will identify areas with improvement potential and develop tailored strategies and action plans to drive positive change in the business.
• Customer-Focused Solution Development: Contribute to our business and marketing efforts by identifying customer challenges and developing innovative solutions that strengthen our offerings and customer relationships.
• Project Management and Problem Solving: Structure and plan complex projects, lead project teams with diverse competencies, and ensure that project goals are achieved within given timelines and budgets.
• Steering Group Work and Resource Planning: Drive steering group work, plan project resources, and forecast project costs. You will also prepare investment calculations and follow up on effects as well as conduct post-calculations and work on lessons learned.
• Strategic Partnerships and Technological Solutions: Evaluate potential strategic partners to develop innovative technology, products, and services that can drive development forward.

What You Bring

• A degree in economics, logistics, engineering/IT, or equivalent.
• Solid experience as a management consultant, business analyst, or in a strategic role with documented experience in leading and executing transformation and change programs.

Your Profile

We see that you have solid experience in managing many stakeholders and reporting to senior management, as well as having worked in complex matrix organizations. You are a strategic and natural leader with the ability to steer projects in a dynamic environment.

You have a background in supply chain, sales, or technology, which gives you a good understanding of business and operational processes. Your analytical skills enable you to transform data and insights into concrete strategies and action plans.

You have excellent skills in the Office suite, allowing you to effectively manage project planning, analysis, and reporting.

To succeed and thrive in the role, you are unpretentious and relationship-building, with the ability to create long-term and effective collaborations both internally and externally. You enjoy working closely with customers and suppliers, and have the ability to drive success in complex contexts through hands-on and secure leadership. Solution-oriented and analytical, you quickly see connections and development opportunities, while being flexible and thriving in an international and changing work environment.
