We at Loxodonta Stockholm AB are now looking for a forward-thinking and driven inside salesperson to join our growing inside sales function.

About the Role
This position involves increasing our sales and being responsible for a high level of service to existing and new customers, creating good and long-term relationships. This is achieved by being solution-oriented and proactive in your work, as well as suggesting changes/improvements to existing requests and developing the right solution for the customer in consultation with salespeople and customers. The goal is to always have an exceptionally satisfied customer. In purchasing, you will be responsible for our relationships with subcontractors and continuously work to improve our business and relationships with our distributors and manufacturers to provide better solutions to our end customers.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Upselling, new customer acquisition
- Order, bid, and purchasing.
- Quote and license management.
- Ordering both internally and for customers, as well as related logistics follow-up processes.
- Responsible for and enhancing sales through Loxodonta's Webshop.
- Manage warranties and service agreements including follow-up and sales.
- Create product campaigns and communicate them.
- Continuous updating and skills development within Loxodonta's product and service offerings.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, other external parties, and internal employees across the organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the organization.
- Work according to the established processes in place.

Your Qualifications
- Education relevant to the position
- At least 1 year of documented sales experience
- Experience from broad, independent, and professional sales work
- Some familiarity with Microsoft 365 and associated applications
- Good ability to provide service (finding joy in giving advice and support and contributing to the customer's development)
- Good ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Goal-oriented
- Engaged team player
- Quality-conscious
- Good Swedish in both spoken and written form
- Good English in both spoken and written form
- B driver's license
Meritorious: Knowledge in Netset, Superoffice, and logistics flows within the IT industry
