This is how you will make a difference with us
As a Regional Sales Manager, you play an important role in Telenor Stores, where you lead our store leaders in your area. You are part of the Stores management team responsible for Telenor's Retail organization to ensure that we attract, retain, and develop customers, employees, and leaders within our nationwide store network.
In this role, you will be responsible for 11 stores around Stockholm and report directly to the Head of Stores, focusing on sales leadership and employee development.
Your responsibilities
- Drive sales and customer experience in our stores through strong and present leadership.
- Develop and engage store managers and employees to strengthen their skills and performance.
- Assist and support managers with: recruitment, on-boarding, training, development of leaders and employees, staffing, coaching, and implementing changed working methods.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an effective go-to-market strategy when launching Telenor's products and services.
- Execute our channel sales strategy together with the Stores management team.

To succeed in the role of Regional Sales Manager, you have a strong passion for people, customers, and sales. You have extensive experience in sales leadership - and you love to lead and develop both leaders and employees. Furthermore, you are a clear and effective communicator focused on improving and simplifying with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by clear objectives.
- Excellent at coaching, following up, and understanding how to adhere to Telenor's values.
- Good at using English in both spoken and written form.
- Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- Available to be in your stores at least 3 times a week.
