We are looking for a skilled communications consultant with the ability to transform complex information into clear and engaging messages. You are accustomed to tailoring communication and visual materials for different target groups, both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate is proactive, attentive, and has a strong sense of creative communication. You can create materials that have real impact and support managers in communicating effectively during times of change.

The position involves close collaboration with the Program Communications Lead and the change management team within the Atlas program – where your contribution will be a vital part of the success of the transformation.

Main Responsibilities

• Support teams and leaders in designing and implementing effective communication efforts. • Be responsible for planning and driving communication activities that contribute to achieving set goals. • Translate complex project information into clear and understandable messages tailored for different stakeholder groups. • Create visual and text-based materials, including PowerPoint presentations and news content. • Act as editor for a recurring newsletter published bi-monthly. • Manage and update content on SharePoint pages to ensure that information is current, relevant, and easy to find.

Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in communication, where you have actively supported managers in their change efforts. • Documented experience working in extensive change initiatives, preferably within ERP implementations or similar system projects. • Solid content writing and editorial experience for news articles and project updates. • In-depth knowledge of using SharePoint experience. • Very good skills in MS Office, with particularly strong skills in PowerPoint. • Swedish – Fluent, both spoken and written. • English – Fluent, both spoken and written.
