About the Position

In the role of E-commerce Coordinator, you will work to administer and develop the newly started online store at Finbin. You will work with product range, webshop, and order management, and strive for well-functioning processes, good digital visibility, and successful digital sales. You will work in ERP systems, Shopify, and perform simpler tasks in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Examples of tasks include:

• updating and maintaining the website with products and information
• independently driving improvements for content production to help achieve set goals
• continuously working with SEO optimization
• creating newsletters and other information in collaboration with your colleagues
• making posts and updates on social media such as Instagram and LinkedIn
• working on and developing lead generation and other digital customer engagement
• being responsible for various administrative tasks such as orders, statistics, etc., as well as some sales support.

You will also represent Finbin at selected fairs and events.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role and preferably relevant post-secondary education in e-commerce. You have good experience with e-commerce tools as well as good knowledge of the Office suite and CRM/ERP systems. We also prefer that you are proficient in Photoshop / InDesign, and if you have experience with search engine optimization, that is a plus. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you also speak Danish, that is an advantage.

As a person, you are meticulous and structured but also service-minded and curious with a good ability to take initiative. You are used to handling many different tasks simultaneously and enjoy working with others. Furthermore, you are unpretentious and not afraid to pitch in where needed.
