Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager with us, you will work with:

• conducting operational meetings with our customers to deliver the best possible benefit for our users.
• holding training sessions, both digitally and on-site.
• establishing ongoing system documentation.

Your Profile

We believe that you who are applying for this role have a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience gained in another way. It is an advantage if you have an understanding of information security and the Patient Data Act. We would like your profile and experiences to align with the following:

Industry Knowledge: It is advantageous if you have experience working in the healthcare and social services sector, preferably as a system administrator.

Technical Skills: You are accustomed to and enjoy working in a digital environment.

Communication Skills: You need to have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to understand and convey the customer's needs.

Solution-Oriented: You are driven to identify and analyze opportunities so that our customers get the best possible benefit from our services.

Empathy: You have the ability to put yourself in the customer's situation and can show empathy, which is key to building strong relationships.

Initiative: You like to take initiative, drive your ideas forward, and ensure they are implemented thoroughly.

Language Skills: Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are advantageous.

Driver's License: Class B.

Some travel may be required for the position.
