As a Team Lead, you will:

  • Be responsible for and lead part of the sales team, which consists of a total of 17 people.
  • Create a sales culture where everyone feels motivated, engaged, and has the tools to reach their full potential.
  • Coach the team and provide operational support in their sales processes, focusing on phone activities and constantly raising the bar for performance.
  • Be part of a dynamic and supportive team of leaders, where you together develop strategies for success.
  • Work closely with other departments and management to identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.

The role involves close collaboration with both salespeople and management within the Nordic organization, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. You will have a particularly close collaboration with our other Team Lead in the sales department and the Head of Sales & Remarketing Nordics, to whom you will also report.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong drive to work towards set goals, activity parameters, performance measures, and KPIs. You have a positive attitude, are driven by development and improvement, and know what it takes to build a world-class sales culture. Your leadership is characterized by stability, and you approach the assignment with both confidence and commitment. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the role. Experience in telemarketing and/or a role with personnel responsibility is highly meritorious.

Conditions:

The position is located at our headquarters in Alviks Strand. The position is full-time (40h/week) during office hours, 9-18 Monday to Friday, with the possibility to work 1 day a week from home. Compensation consists of base salary + commission (team-based).
