JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now strengthening our development unit at Bolagsverket with more skilled employees!

We are looking for two dedicated employees who have their expertise focused on agile requirements and testing work for our agile development teams.

As a team member, you will participate in the entire development process from initial requirements specification and analysis to implementation, testing, and deployment. Together with the team, you will have an IT service and IT component responsibility, which means that you will ensure their availability for our customers and, where applicable, manage incidents and problems according to ITIL.

The development unit is undergoing a gradual transition from traditional, sequential requirements and testing management to an agile working method where the team collaborates throughout the entire process. This transition is supported by the methods BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and TDD (Test-Driven Development), as well as languages and tools such as Gherkin and Cucumber.

Our development teams consist of various competencies where the work is characterized by collaboration, shared responsibility, and continuous learning; both in terms of working methods, techniques, and tools.

The workplace is Sundsvall, and you will work in Bolagsverket's beautiful premises by the harbor. We offer our employees several health-promoting activities and the possibility to work remotely to some extent.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience that the employer can assess as equivalent for the role.
• at least three years of practical and current experience in requirements management and/or testing work in the IT field (both manual and/or automated).
• current experience of working in a medium or large IT organization with a focus on requirements and testing within IT management as well as new and further development of IT support.

It is advantageous if you have a relevant academic education.

We also consider it advantageous if you have practical experience working:

• in agile teams and applied scaled agile working methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban).
• with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• with and in ITIL processes
• with one or more testing tools (e.g., Jira Xray, Gherkin, Selenium, Cypress).
• with accessibility and UX work in connection with requirements and/or testing work (e.g., WCAG).

As a person, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to listen, communicate, and solve problems constructively. You are eager for development, enjoy learning new things, and are open to change. You take the necessary initiatives and have the ability to identify and initiate the activities needed to achieve results while also quickly seeking solutions to emerging problems.

Since we are an authority, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and be able to express yourself fluently both orally and in writing. We also prefer that you have the same ability in English.
