The Property Economics department at HSB Norr handles all aspects of ongoing accounting for our clients, HSB Norr housing cooperatives, and other external property owners. You will become an important part of the team of 28 employees, contributing to ensuring smooth and efficient internal economic administration and for our clients. You will also lay the important groundwork for the work of the accounting consultants.

The position offers you the opportunity to learn and develop within property economics, while working closely with experienced colleagues. Daily dialogue with customers, property owners, and colleagues, both locally and in other locations, is a natural part of the job.

In your role as an Economic Assistant at HSB Norr, your tasks will include among other things:

• Customer and supplier accounts
• Loan accounts
• Ongoing reconciliations
• Invoicing
• Case management

In the long term, we also see you taking on the role of an HSB board member, i.e., participating in a housing cooperative's board. There, you support the board in their work and safeguard the members' interests.

We see that you, applying for this position, are educated as a high school economist. It is meritorious if you have previously worked as an economic assistant with similar tasks and have experience in accounting. You are also fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.

The position is a permanent employment with start date by agreement, with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The position will be located in Umeå or Luleå. We will begin the selection process after the application period has ended.
