We are now looking forward to welcoming a new colleague to our team!
Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will work within the Recruitment and Competence Supply team on Recruitment Support, which is a municipality-wide function that provides support to HR, managers, and citizens in matters related to recruitment.
The role is largely administrative, where you will, among other things:

- Contribute to the municipality's employer brand work, e.g., by participating in fairs and advertising on social media
This position also includes being an object specialist for learning-related systems. Currently, these systems are Infocaption and Winlas Competence. As an object specialist, you are a qualified, business-close support where you are responsible for turning decisions, priorities, and development initiatives into functioning solutions in everyday life.

- Working with user support, troubleshooting, permissions, and testing
- Creating and maintaining documentation, routines, and training initiatives
- Collaborating with operations, IT, and suppliers
- Identifying and driving the development of working methods and system support, with a focus on leveraging the opportunities of digitalization
There may also be opportunities to work with other tasks based on competence and operational needs, for example for the employer's current projects, both short and long-term assignments.
About You
We are looking for you who are engaged, responsible, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships, but are also confident in taking your own initiatives and making decisions within your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you are communicative and service-oriented and can adapt your approach depending on the recipient and situation. The role requires that you can handle several parallel tasks simultaneously, sometimes at a high pace, without compromising on quality or details.
We believe that you appreciate working with text and communication and that you gladly contribute creative ideas, both in the small and in the larger context. You are comfortable working in a digital work environment and find it easy to get into and switch between different IT systems and digital tools. You are solution-oriented and driven by improving working methods and creating value through well-functioning system support.
We are looking for you who have:
- University education, HR professional, or equivalent
- Experience in personnel administration, preferably with a focus on recruitment
- A few years of experience in system administration, preferably in a larger organization
- Unhindered skills in the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as good skills in English
