About the role of Business Processing Coordinator
As a Business Processing Coordinator, you will become part of Nordic Operations and work with the management of financial agreements as well as service and support for both external partners and internal customers. You will play a key role in the company's ongoing digitalization journey, contributing to process development and creating efficient customer experiences.

Examples of responsibilities:
- Handle and review incoming contractual documentation according to established guidelines
- Provide service and support to external partners and internal customers
- Work with administration related to financial agreements
- Participate in and drive digital development within the operations
- Contribute to process improvements and change initiatives
- Ensure efficient working methods and a good customer experience
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who are curious, quick to learn, and thrive in a role where service, structure, and collaboration are in focus. You are solution-oriented, take initiative, and have an interest in developing digital working methods.
We prefer that you submit your CV in English.
We see that you have:
- Good administrative skills
- Strong IT proficiency and experience working with digital tools and systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience working in a service-oriented manner towards customers or other stakeholders
- Ability to work structured and carefully even during periods of high tempo
- An development-oriented mindset and understanding of processes and systems
Meritorious:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in financial leasing or finance-related administration
- Experience with digital tools and AI-related solutions
- Experience in process development or improvement work
