Hemfrid's growth journey continues at full speed – and as an industry leader, we are now taking the next big step. We are strengthening our presence across the country and establishing ourselves in even more locations. Next up: Umeå! We are now looking for an Area Manager who wants to be involved from the start, make an impact, and drive development in a completely new market. You will step into an established and secure company – but also into an environment where much is still being shaped, and where your leadership makes a real difference. This is the role for you if you want to create momentum, build a strong local team, and make results happen – for real.

About Hemfrid & KEYTO Group

Hemfrid is Sweden's leading company in home-related services and is a central company within the KEYTO Group. The group brings together some of the Nordics' strongest service companies within home services, with over 4,500 employees in Sweden and the UK. This includes Hemfrid, Hemfixarna, GreenThumb, Veterankraft, Servly, and Enspecta, all with the ambition to develop the service experience of the future through innovation, entrepreneurship, and high quality.

We are on an exciting growth journey where we are constantly growing both organically and through acquisitions, together with driven employees and strong entrepreneurial cultures. We are looking for you who, together with us, want to enable the company and colleagues to develop and grow in an expansive environment.

About the Area Manager Role

As an Area Manager, you are the hub of the area – the one who makes everything work, grow, and thrive. You are the direct manager for our union-represented employees and have full personnel responsibility: you recruit, onboard, coach, and create security in the team's daily work.

Things happen – and they happen fast. One day is about planning and structure, the next about solving issues on the spot and guiding employees when conditions change. This requires calm leadership, strong drive, and a natural ability to create order even when the pace is high.

You are also the link between employees and customers. With service skills and business acumen, you ensure that customers receive an experience that stands out – and that the area develops profitably.

Since this is a new establishment, you will also set routines, build structures, and be a central part of creating Hemfrid's presence in the town. This is a hands-on role where you plan ahead and solve what arises – and where your efforts are visible directly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and develop your team in daily operations
  • Plan and quality-assure your employees' schedules for a secure and sustainable workday
  • Handle customer- and employee-related issues and incidents – quickly, securely, and solution-oriented
  • Work with recruitment and capacity planning as the area grows, ensure high quality, and contribute to profitable and stable development in the town
  • Participate in local events to develop the business
Your Profile

We are looking for you with the right drive, energy, and a present and developmental leadership style. You are relationship-building, secure, and clear – both towards employees and customers. You lead by setting direction, creating engagement, and enabling others to grow, while also daring to set demands and make decisions when needed.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep track of details without losing sight of the big picture, and enjoy taking responsibility in an environment where everything is not yet fully built. With a coaching approach and good communication skills, you create structure, progress, and a strong team.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in line management and leadership
  • Experience in a broad role with a high pace and varied tasks
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Practical Information

The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. We conduct rolling selections, so we recommend applying as soon as possible. For questions, you are welcome to contact the responsible recruiter: [email protected]

We look forward to your application!
