In the work at the after-school center, your task, according to the curriculum, is to stimulate the students' development and learning and offer them a meaningful leisure time. The operations should be based on the students' needs, interests, and experiences, but also that the students are continuously challenged further by being inspired to new discoveries. In the teaching, students should be offered a variety of working methods, forms of expression, and learning environments that integrate care and learning.
