We are looking for two engaged, coaching, and relationship-building work supervisors who want to support people on their path to employment, studies, and self-sufficiency.

The Labor Market Unit works to strengthen individuals' opportunities to establish themselves on the labor market through workplace-based activities, work training, coaching, and competence-enhancing measures. Our mission is to create conditions for people to develop their work capacity, strengthen their self-confidence, and take steps toward self-sufficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary task is to offer meaningful and developmental activities to participants who are at different stages of distance from the labor market.

You plan, lead, and develop daily activities and work tasks based on the participants' needs, prerequisites, and goals. Through a coaching and motivating approach, you support the participants in their personal development and in the process of approaching work or studies.

You supervise both practically and verbally by demonstrating, instructing, and creating conditions for learning, development, and gradually increased independence.

An important part of the assignment is to:

• create structure, security, and work-life habits in everyday life
• motivate and support participants individually and in groups
• plan, lead, and distribute work tasks
• document attendance, progression, and areas for development
• participate in follow-up meetings and report on participants' development
• ensure that work is performed with high quality
• contribute to a good and safe working environment

The recruitment covers two work supervisors for the activity requirement, where employment will be between 80-100% depending on the unit's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• a high school diploma and work experience in supervision, coaching, or leadership, or alternatively other experience considered relevant for the assignment
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• good digital competence and experience with documentation
• a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious to have post-secondary education in the social field, as well as experience working with people who are far from the labor market, work-oriented rehabilitation, functional variations, ADHD/Autism (NPF), or mental health issues.

It is also meritorious if you have experience supervising interns, working with integration and establishment issues, and experience from practical work in areas such as property maintenance, service, cleaning, recycling, parks, or similar operations.
