Our client is an active and social man living in central Jönköping. To make his daily life run smoothly, he needs help and support during all hours of the day and night. We are looking for you who are interested in strengthening our assistant team.

What the role entails

Working as a personal assistant means engaging with another human being who needs help with everything from personal care, household chores, cooking, and shopping. You will also motivate and encourage our client to participate in and carry out activities. His interests include listening to music, photography, surfing the internet, sports, coffee breaks, and meeting with family and friends.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is 40 years or older with a heart in the right place. You are calm, orderly, empathetic, and outgoing. You have good initiative and can motivate and engage our client based on his needs, adapting the support according to his current status. Previous experience in the profession or similar work with people with disabilities, such as autism or Asperger's, is advantageous, but the greatest emphasis is placed on your personal suitability.

You will be driving the client's car as part of the job, so a valid driver's license is a requirement. You must communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Being a non-smoker is also a requirement.

• Working hours include day shifts and night on-call duties
