We are currently looking for a Business Manager for an exciting consulting assignment within a socially important operation focused on sustainable and accessible transport solutions.

You will take on a key role where you are responsible for monitoring, developing, and optimizing some of the operation's most significant contracts. The role combines business acumen, analysis, and collaboration, giving you the opportunity to work closely with management on issues that impact both the development of the operation and customer benefits.

Here you will work in a complex environment with many stakeholders, where your analyses and recommendations become a vital part of the decision-making process.

As a Business Manager, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for the monitoring, development, and management of operation-critical contracts.
• Ensure that contracts deliver according to set goals, quality requirements, and commercial intentions.
• Interpret contracts and handle changes, additions, and contract-related issues.
• Identify risks, development opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare analyses and decision support materials for the operation's management.
• Contribute to budget, forecast, and operational monitoring.
• Build and develop professional relationships with suppliers and collaboration partners.
• Ensure a long-term and value-creating partnership between the operation and the contracting parties.
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists and contribute to continuous business development.

We believe you have several years of experience in a qualified role where business management, contracts, and business development have been a central part of your work.

You also have:

• Relevant university education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in contract monitoring, business management, supplier management, or similar.
• Good proficiency in analyzing complex information and turning it into concrete improvement proposals.
• Experience working closely with management and contributing strategic decision support.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

It is particularly meritorious if you have experience with:

• Supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Budget, forecast, and financial monitoring.
• Public transport or other socially funded operations.
• Process-oriented improvement work.
• Operations with many stakeholders and complex contract structures.
