Thinking about the next step in your career this autumn? At Utbildia's headquarters, we are now looking for you who want to become the operational support for both our Financial Controller and our HR Manager.

In this key role, you combine ongoing accounting and bookkeeping with payroll and some HR administration. You become the hub ensuring that our administrative processes run flawlessly – all to give our schools and employees the best possible conditions in their daily work. Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing Accounting: Handle supplier and customer accounts, perform ongoing reconciliations and VAT returns, and participate in monthly closing.
• Payroll & HR Administration: Be responsible for the entire payroll preparation process, draft employment contracts, handle cases with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) and the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden), and manage pension reporting.
• Revenue Investigations: Lead and follow up on revenue investigations related to compulsory schooling and school funding.
• HQ Coordination: Act proactively and support administrative matters at the headquarters.
• Cross-functional Support: Serve as the close, advisory, and operational support for both the HR Manager and the Financial Controller, as well as for the business unit managers and Administrators.

Your Profile

We are naturally looking for someone who loves order and structure, has a good head for numbers, and is motivated by providing first-class service to both internal colleagues and external authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant education in payroll, accounting, or administration (or equivalent proven experience).
• Documented experience in payroll preparation and ongoing accounting work (accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, VAT).
• Good knowledge of modern accounting and payroll systems as well as Excel.
• Understanding of authority reporting and regulations regarding pensions, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
• Experience from the education sector and knowledge of revenue investigations is highly meritorious.
